Tell us about
the operation.
A 30-minute call with one of our partners. We listen, flag the obvious wins, and tell you honestly if we're the right fit. You get a partner on the line and a straight answer.

What to expect
A quick, honest read.
Then a human reply.
After you hit send
From the form
to a fit memo,
in two weeks.
Four steps. A written read on fit at the end. That is the whole sequence.
You send it over
One paragraph is enough. The more honest about what's stuck, the better the first call.
A partner reads it
Every message is read the day it lands and routed to whoever has shipped the closest thing.
Thirty minutes, on Zoom
In Houston or CDMX if you're local. We listen, ask a lot of questions, and tell you what we'd do about it.
A written fit memo
A one-page read on fit, a priced readiness sprint if it makes sense, or an honest referral if it doesn't.
Every message lands in the same inbox a partner checks the morning it arrives. One queue, one reader, one reply.
Where we are

Before you ask
A few things
we get asked.
No. Most of the best engagements started with a one-paragraph note about a problem that didn't have a name yet. The call is for sorting that out. Come with the friction. We'll build the spec together.
There is no sales team. The partner you talk to on the first call is the partner who'd be on the engagement. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and, when we can, point you to someone who is.
Readiness sprints usually start within two weeks of a signed SOW. Pilot builds depend on data access and security onboarding. On the second call we'll give you a real start date, grounded in what the work takes.
Yes. We host walk-throughs in Houston and CDMX, and we travel to site for industrial and energy operators when the work calls for it. Travel is billed at cost.
One more thing
We've been doing this since 1996. Long enough to know the best engagements start with an honest paragraph. Send the paragraph.
